Job Description:
1. Develop and manage distributors for company’s Telecom product sales and marketing.
2. Make sales plan according to market forecast and channel performance to meet company requirement.
3. Take aggressive targets and achieve the same on Monthly/Quarterly basis.
4. Help distributor to get balance between sales and stock .
5. Secure distributor payment collection.
6. To get feedback from distributors and retailers.
7. Competitor ion monitoring, get competition report from market on weekly
basis.
8. Lead Sales team and drive them for achieving Sales Targets.
9. Devise Incentive plans for the Sales Team and Monitor their performance.
Requirement:
1. Work experience from leading consumer electronics/ MFCG/ Telecom or similar industry is a must .
2. 2 to 5 years’ experience minimum.
3. Distributor resource is an important factor - Has good experience in distributor management .
4. Hard working- Has passion for electronics products, experience in audio products (speakers, headphones) is a plus.
5. Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi and Other state languages.

5. Should be a strict vigilant of Cost-Benefit Analysis and should ensure maximum returns for the Money Spent on Products and Marketing.
6. Should know the Market Pulse and products that can bring in maximum value returns and volume returns.
7. Should improve profitability of the products through constant market research, understanding what customer wants and giving feedback to Management.
8. Excellent Presentation Skills and should be conversant with Microsoft products like Word, Excel, Powerpoint…etc.
